Pokémon Fans: Is your Heart Solid? Or is Your Soul Pure?
All fans of Pokémon remember the release of Pokémon Gold & Silver, with its new real time setting enabling you to play in day and night. A whole new experience was unravelled for trainers. To find certain Pokémon, let’s say in Cherrygrove, you would have to search at night. Then there was Kurt and his Ability to turn “Apricorns” in Pokéballs, however it would take a day for him to create the Pokéballs. In spite of that, the best feature of Gold & Silver was that fact that you could go back to Kanto and relive the acts of Pokémon Red & Blue.
Now, we know that Red and Blue versions had an “Upgrade” and became FireRed And LeafGreen. From that point onwards, we have wondered if Gold and Silver would ever get an “Upgrade” as it were.
Suddenly there was a rumour about a new Pokémon game, after the release of Pokémon Platinum, and during some serious clue hunting, we found that Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver were hitting the shelves of Japan on the Twelfth of September this Year. However, there is some speculation that the new games will be called SolidGold and PureSilver!
These are remakes of Gold and Silver as you can see. So of course we are all excited, as you can walk around with a Pokémon, like Totodile or Chikorita (like in Amity Square in Diamond, Pearl and Platnium) or the new Pokegear, of which not much information is available.
Also there is a new item, which is like a pedometer, where you transfer your Pokémon on to it, and walk in real life. Your chosen Pokémon will start to walk towards a forest as you walk, this will activate a mini game to find items or other Pokémon to capture. It is called the PokéWalk.
So I leave you with a web address of the site “Serebii” With pictures of the upcoming game, and everything to do with Pokémon. Thank you and Goodnight.
